On May 29 – June 1, H.E. Mr Alexander Ivanov, the Russian Ambassador to ASEAN, as a member of the Russian delegation headed by H.E. Mr Alexey Ovchinnikov, Director-General of Asian and Pacific Cooperation Department of the Russian MFA, took part in the East Asia Summit and ASEAN Regional Forum Senior Officials’ Meetings in Bangkok. The discussions were focused on the preparation for the relevant Ministerial Meetings, which are to take place in late July-early August.
